Institute leadership looks forward to another cycle of this impactful program.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0022The Emerging Leaders Program exemplifies Georgia Tech\u0027s commitment to nurturing talent and preparing our faculty for impactful leadership roles,\u201d said \u003Cstrong\u003ESteve McLaughlin\u003C\/strong\u003E, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs. \u201cBy equipping participants with the skills and perspectives needed to lead the Institute, the program strengthens our community.\u0022\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAbout the ELP\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Office of the Provost and the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research partner with the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact and the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty to host the Emerging Leaders Program.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe ninth ELP cohort will conclude in April, and applications are now open for the 10th cohort, which will take place during the 2025-2026 academic year.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe program will begin in the fall semester and continue throughout the academic year. Participants will take part in leadership-focused activities, including a full-day off-site workshop, monthly workshops, small-group work, and coaching.
