680769 event 1740602410 1740602552 <![CDATA[8th Annual Korean Speech and Quiz Contest in Southeastern U.S.]]> The 8th Annual Korean Speech and Quiz Contest provides students in the Southeastern United States with a unique platform to demonstrate their Korean language proficiency and cultural knowledge. 

The Speech Contest is open to students enrolled in a Korean course in Spring 2025, offering them a chance to practice public speaking and share personal experiences in Korean. 

The Quiz Contest, open to the public, follows a Golden Bell-style format, challenging participants on Korean history, culture, and contemporary topics, including food, K-pop, and K-cinema. 

This event fosters community, cultural exchange, and global engagement while recognizing outstanding achievements with prizes, including round-trip airline tickets to Korea and cash awards.

Hosted by the Korean Education Center in Atlanta in partnership with the School of Modern Languages Korean Program.
