Please take note of the following key dates to ensure all transactions are processed smoothly before the break:&nbsp;</p></div><div><ul><li>Final AP settlement run for checks: <strong>Thursday, Dec. 19.</strong></li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Final AP settlement run for Automated Clearing House and Electronic Funds Transfer payments: <strong>Friday, Dec. 20, at 12 p.m.</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Wire transfer requests submission deadline: <strong>Thursday, Dec. 12, at 12 p.m.</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Rush payment requests submission deadline: <strong>Thursday, Dec. 12, at 4 p.m. (</strong>Please ensure supplier setup, complete backup documentation, correct work tags and spend categories, and appropriate approval in Service Now.)&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>All “pick up” checks must be picked up by <strong>Friday, Dec. 20, at 12 p.m.</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><p>By adhering to these deadlines, you can help ensure that all necessary payments and settlements are completed in a timely manner.
