Selected professors represent U.S. institutions including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley, while selected international institutions include Germany\u0027s Technische Universitaet Muenchen, the Russian Academy of Sciences, Indian Institutes of Technology and China\u0027s Tsinghua University. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026quot;Today, no one has locked up the really good ideas.
