  <title><![CDATA[Employees Encouraged to Participate in Educational Assistance Programs ]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Eligible full-time faculty and staff are encouraged to apply for educational assistance through the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and Staff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP), which provide a tuition and mandatory fee waiver or reimbursement. Additional information on this employee benefit can be found <a href="https://benefits.hr.gatech.edu/education-assistance/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">here</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The application period for the spring semester is Oct.15 through Nov. 15.</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>The Administrative Services Center (ASC) has compiled resources to support TAP and STRAP, detailing the application and approval procedures.
