The IMS Research Competition was an innovative collaborationbetween AT&T, Nokia Siemens Networks and the Georgia Institute ofTechnology. We encouraged students to form teams from different programs,said Russell Clark, a research scientist in Georgia Tech's College of Computing,who mentored students as they developed projects.
