The \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/q12\/\u0022 rel=\u0022noreferrer noopener\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003EGallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey\u003C\/a\u003E will provide benchmarking data to allow for comparison with other higher education institutions, identify strengths, and pinpoint areas for improvement.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cFeedback from faculty and staff is crucial in helping to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and motivated,\u201d said President \u00c1ngel Cabrera.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe survey will be administered Sept. 24 through Oct. 8 via email invite from Gallup to all faculty and staff and will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Employees will be asked their opinions on areas related to workplace satisfaction, belonging, and communication. All responses will remain confidential.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EGeorgia Tech leadership will use the aggregate data to develop action plans for building a more engaging, welcoming environment and sense of belonging. This year\u2019s survey will create a baseline set of data to be used for comparison in future years to measure new strategies and initiatives.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cIt is one of our highest priorities to make Georgia Tech an outstanding place for our faculty and staff \u2014 our greatest asset \u2014 to work,\u201d Cabrera said. \u201cYour voice matters in that regard, and we will rely on your feedback to help us become a stronger Institute.\u201d\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EHigh-level results from the survey will be shared with senior leadership between November and December.
