Asher Hogan, a Scheller College of Business student says, "This event opened my eyes to the extensive reach that Georgia Tech has throughout the world and that there are alumni all over the globe willing to connect with the new generation of Tech students."

Current sophomore Sherry Li said, "It reinforced that being part of the GT community means having a lifelong network of support, no matter where you are."

The students on the Oxford Summer Program spent five weeks taking classes in various cities around continental Europe such as Rome, Prague and Barcelona, before their in-residence portion began in Oxford the last week of June and ran until the first weekend of August.

The program's advisor, Kayla Cooper says of the event: "My hope is that the students who attended the event left with confirmation that their options after Tech extend across the globe, and their international experience doesn't have to end with their summer abroad."
