{"676059":{"#nid":"676059","#data":{"type":"news","title":"1-on-1 and Small Group Tutoring for Fall 2024","body":[{"value":"\u003Ch3\u003E1-on-1 and Small Group Tutoring with UTAs\u003C\/h3\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe School of Mathematics is happy to announce a new tutoring service providing support for the following courses:\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EMATH 1113, MATH 1551, MATH 1552, MATH 1553, MATH 1554, MATH 1711, MATH 1712, MATH 2550, MATH 2551, and MATH 2552.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis service is staffed by the Undergraduate Teaching Assistants (UTAs). Each UTA will hold an Offce Hour in Skiles 230 and will be bookable for 20-minute appointments. Appointments can be booked by clicking \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/outlook.office365.com\/book\/UTAOfficeHours@gtvault.onmicrosoft.com\/?ae=true\u0022\u003Ehere\u003C\/a\u003E.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EFree 1-on-1 and Small Group Tutoring in-person is available for 1000 and 2000 level classes. Tutoring is available with any UTA by appointment here: \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/outlook.office365.com\/book\/UTAOfficeHours@gtvault.onmicrosoft.com\/?login_hint\u0022\u003EUTA Tutoring\u003C\/a\u003E and will be located in Skiles 230.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Ch5\u003EStudent Guidelines\u003C\/h5\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEach student is limited to\u0026nbsp;two sessions per week.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EYou can sign up for two back-to-back sessions if you want to meet with a UTA longer than 20 minutes.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EYou can sign up with any UTA that is listed for your subject.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEach session must be booked at least\u0026nbsp;two hours in advance.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThere are\u0026nbsp;no walk-in appointments. Students seeking immediate help should go to the Math Lab in Clough 280.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EYou are allowed to attend a session in a\u0026nbsp;small group of no more than three students.
