Despite efforts by transportation agencies to address this issue, there is a\u003Cbr\u003Edisconnect between their mobility and accessibility goals and their reliance on\u003Cbr\u003Edesign-based or asset-based approaches. My thesis aims to develop a system to\u003Cbr\u003Eevaluate cumulative heat impacts on travelers at the trip level, combining microlevel\u003Cbr\u003Esimulations and macro-level surveys using transportation models and\u003Cbr\u003Emeteorological data. The research involves modules for calculating thermal\u003Cbr\u003Ecomfort indices, estimating cumulative heat exposure, generating detailed activity\u003Cbr\u003Eprofiles, and predicting future heat risks.
