Starting in Fall 2024 and continuing through Spring 2025, participants will take part in leadership development activities that include a kick-off retreat, regular workshops, small group work, and leadership coaching. This is the second year the program has been open to senior and principal non-tenure track faculty and research faculty.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cOn behalf of Institute leadership, we are proud to welcome the next cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program,\u201d said \u003Cstrong\u003ESteven W.
