As a reminder, both lanes of 5th street are closed from 7 am to 4 pm.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThe northern sidewalk of 5th Street will now be closed until the building is finished.\u0026nbsp; The southern sidewalk will remain open.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThe bookstore entrance will remain open with localized barricades near the entrance.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ERestaurants will continue to maintain vehicle access from W.
