ILA plays a vital role in cultivating a supportive, respectful, and engaged community. It advances the Institute’s values for thriving on diversity and nurturing the well-being of our community members. ILA usually requires that participants are managers. Thanks to our partnership with ILA, an OIE cohort of both managers and non-managers can apply.
