674723 news 1715716977 1715717170 <![CDATA[Tech Square Phase 3 Utility Work on Biltmore Place to Begin May 20]]> Utility work on Fifth St. is underway and based on the receipt of the work permit for Biltmore Place, utility work is anticipated to begin there on Monday, May 20. Work on Biltmore Place will happen concurrently to the work on 5th street.

BILTMORE UTILITY WORK:

Permit for work on Biltmore Place is pending
Duration of work will be approximately 4 weeks
LOGISTICS

- Biltmore Place will be closed from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Outside of those hours, it will be open with metal plates on the street.
- Eastbound vehicular traffic will detour to Armstead Place, while westbound vehicular traffic will detour to Abercrombie Place.
- Biltmore Place will be unavailable to bike and pedestrian traffic. All bike and pedestrian traffic between Spring St. and W. Peachtree St. will flow through the sidewalk on the south side of Fifth Street.
