      <value><![CDATA[<p>This Ph. D. research aims to improve the existing RF front-end communication in two main directions. Firstly, the complexity of the RF filter can be reduced by adding functionality to the RF filter, such as frequency tuning and switching through the ferroelectric behavior. This first section aims to develop a sub-6GHz hybrid acoustic filter array with a reconfigurable center frequency, utilizing the ferroelectric behavior of the AlScN thin film. Secondly, the system's performance can be improved by scaling up the operating frequency to avoid the existing overcrowded frequency channels. The second research direction aims to develop an AlScN-based FBAR operating near mmWave frequencies with high acoustic performance. &nbsp;</p>
