<p><span lang="EN-US"><span>Prior to that, </span><span>Ballard </span><span>worked in the </span></span><a href="https://admission.gatech.edu/contact" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"><span lang="EN-US"><span>Georgia Tech Office </span><span>of </span><span>Undergraduate Admissions</span></span></a><span lang="EN-US"><span> as an assistant to the Director.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US"><span>She</span><span> first joined the Georgia Tech team in 1992 as the Assistant Director of Clubs for Students Recruiting and then as Director of Alumni Career Services for the </span></span><a href="https://www.gtalumni.org/s/1481/alumni/19/home.aspx?gid=21&amp;pgid=61" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"><span lang="EN-US"><span>Alumni Association.</span></span></a><span lang="EN-US"><span>&nbsp;</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>
