Meet Kathryn Ballard, the newly appointed Development Associate at Georgia Tech's H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE). 

Ballard comes to us from the Georgia Tech Office of Development’s Gift Planning team where she served as Sr. Development Assistant.  

Prior to that, Ballard worked in the Georgia Tech Office of Undergraduate Admissions as an assistant to the Director.  

She first joined the Georgia Tech team in 1992 as the Assistant Director of Clubs for Students Recruiting and then as Director of Alumni Career Services for the Alumni Association.  

Ballard paused her career to dedicate time to her family between her years at the Alumni Association and the Admissions Office and proudly raised a double jacket, Abby Chambless IE 2021, MS HS 2023!
