He will also weave in some advice for entrepreneurially minded people as to how to approach venture capital firms when seeking financing.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EPoliner is President of Antares Capital Corporation, a private venture capital firm investing equity capital in expansion stage companies. Randy was a founder\/CEO of two venture-backed firms, one in technology and the other in information services, both with successful exits. He led a publicly held turnaround and eventual sale of that firm to a NYSE company.
