Vehicles and bikes will need to be detoured. The Northern Fifth St sidewalk will be closed.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\t\u003Cli\u003EThe impact on Spring Street is expected to be in the furthest east lane on Spring St only (where we already have the lane closed for the pedestrian walkway on Spring St).
