These skills serve as the foundation of successful leadership, allowing leaders to acquire a more profound comprehension and establish more meaningful connections with their team members and stakeholders.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EILA is a 16-week immersive learning experience made up of online and instructor-led courses, accumulating an equivalent of 27 hours of learning and practice.
