February 22 is Rec Day, an annual celebration of all things recreation, and we're inviting you to join in with your favorite way to move or get active. Whether you like to get active on the fitness floor, in the pool, on campus, or in the great outdoors, Campus Recreation is offering a ton of free activities throughout the day that will make it easy for you to find your fit in our community.
Try yoga on Tech Green, learn how to scuba dive, climb the rock wall, attend a group fitness class, challenge your friends in pickleball and so much more! Come try something new or do your favorite activity and show us how Tech likes to rec. See our website for the full schedule and to sign up.
