Fanning Student-Athlete Performance Center, to be built on the footprint of the Edge\/Rice Center in the northeast corner of Bobby Dodd Stadium. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EIn addition to the sidewalk, the southbound traffic lane of Techwood Drive will also be closed to thru traffic beginning Monday, Feb. 12.
