One lane of traffic will remain open with flagmen directing cars through the construction area. The entry to the alleyways off of Fowler Street, between 4th\u0026nbsp;and 5th Streets, will be repaved with concrete. The West driveway will be prioritized (highlighted in red) for 12\/18 \u2013 12\/20.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ENext, milling and paving will occur for the driveway east of Fowler\u0026nbsp;(highlighted in orange) for 12\/20 \u2013 12\/21. The alleyway on the west side will be inaccessible for the proposed duration.
