The first phase of utility work for Tech Square Phase 3 will begin in the public right of way on Tuesday, November 28. One lane of Spring Street will be closed at a time at the intersection of Spring Street and Biltmore Place. Work is expected to last approximately 2 - 3 weeks. When impacted, pedestrian traffic will be diverted to the west sidewalk of Spring Street at either Abercrombie Place or Fifth Street crossings. All other lanes of Spring Street remain open. If you are a building manager, please let your building occupants know.
