Beginning October 2, phase 1 of a 6-phase project will commence on West Campus. Phase 1 will consist of work along the center/east side of Curran Street between 8th and 9th streets. Construction fencing will be in place blocking off access to Curran Street. Traffic will be rerouted through the Woodruff Parking lot as seen on the logistics Plan. Parking in this lot will still be useable. The sidewalk on the west side of Curran Street will still be accessible for pedestrian traffic. Phase 1 duration is ~10 weeks (December 7th). There will be an officer from GTPD on site on Monday, October 2 to help facilitate the detour and confirm all proper barricades and signage is in place for this 10 week project.
