669572 news 1694400822 1694402119 <![CDATA[Tech Square Phase 3 Construction Work Begins]]> Site fencing has been installed and construction is underway for Tech Square Phase 3. Significant utility work will require some disruption of surrounding streets. Initially one lane of Spring Street will close at a time. All other lanes of Spring Street will remain open. This initial phase is expected to last from mid-September to late October. Monthly updates will be issued as the project progresses.
