The program, now seeking members for its seventh cohort, aims to help women enhance their careers and leadership skills, and join a community working to advance a culture of inclusive excellence at Georgia Tech.\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cspan\u003ELaunched in 2016, this program was initiated in response to the results of the 2012 Campus Climate Survey, which reflected a desire for targeted professional and career development efforts for staff women. Today, it has served \u00adsix cohorts of accomplished women leaders, many of whom have achieved greater success due to habits they began practicing or honed because of participation in this program.\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EThis year\u2019s program core curriculum will be facilitated from October to next January. Through monthly program activities, participants will build skills in areas of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and storytelling.
