In addition to the Hugo and Nebula, Anders has also won the Sturgeon, Lambda Literary, Crawford and Locus awards. \u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EShe co-created Escapade, a trans superhero, for Marvel Comics and wrote her into the long-running \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003ENew Mutants\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E comic. She is currently the science fiction and fantasy book reviewer for the \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EWashington Post\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E. \u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EAnders is the author of the Unstoppable trilogy: the first two books, \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EVictories Greater Than Death\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E and \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EDreams Bigger Than Heartbreak\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E, are out now. The final book, \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EPromises Stronger Than Darkness\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E, premieres April 11. She is also the author of the short story collection \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EEven Greater Mistakes\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E and \u003Cem\u003E\u003Cspan\u003ENever Say You Can\u0027t Survive\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E, a book about how to use creative writing to get through hard times.\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EAnders was a founding editor of io9.com, a blog about science fiction and futurism, and went on to become its editor in chief.
