Jon Lindsay, associate professor in the School of Cybersecurity \u0026amp; Privacy and the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, argues that effective human leadership of such technology and decision-making is paramount. Lindsay has given popular lectures looking specifically at the continued necessity of human intervention with AI in warfare. He shares, \u0026ldquo;You need human sense-making to make moral, ethical, and intellectual decisions in an incredibly confusing, fraught, scary situation.\u0026rdquo;\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nJoin us for a discussion of Jon\u0026#39;s research on human leadership through the lens of warfare. He has authored multiple books and articles exploring the role of information technology and cybersecurity in international relations and military conflict. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. in computer science and B.S. in symbolic systems from Stanford University.
