Instead, they have many independent ambulance providers, each with a small number of ambulances. As a result, ETSs in these contexts lack coordination and ambulances. We examine a few new business models that address the ETS\u0026#39;s lack of coordination and ambulances using a dual game-theoretic and data-driven approach.
