  <body><![CDATA[<p>"It costs similar amounts to bank a person with five hundred or a thousand dollars as it does a person with ten thousand dollars," says Willie Belton, Associate Professor in the School of Economics. "So if it's going to cost the same amount, the ten thousand dollars is going to give the bank a lot more money to create earning assets."
