Time worked in a temporary position does not count toward\u0026nbsp;the six-month eligibility requirement. Eligible employees may seek approval to enroll in up to nine academic semester hours for each of the three designated semester periods: Fall, Spring, and Summer. You must apply for TAP by the application deadline to receive the tuition and mandatory fee waiver.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/hr.gatech.edu\/staff-tuition-reimbursement-assistance-program\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EStaff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP)\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u0026nbsp;is an educational assistance program that provides partial tuition reimbursement for classified Georgia Tech employees at any accredited private institution.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ETAP and STRAP Application Procedures\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EApply for school through the admissions office of the institution you plan to attend during their designated application dates.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EComplete the applicable TAP or STRAP application. Make sure to put your OneUSG Employee ID and GTID# (the 900-number found on your Buzzcard)\u0026nbsp;on the form.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EIf you are not sure of the courses you are taking, put your best guess.
