In a candidate-driven marketplace, it is up to companies to maintain a strong employer brand image, provide greater benefits, and employee value propositions (EVPs) - rather than just a high salary. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEmployer branding can attract future employees and be useful to retain current employees.
