Brandon Legried will work with Christine Heitsch. He recently earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Brandon’s interests are in Probability, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, and Theoretical Computer Science. Brandon started as a Postdoc with SCMB here at Georgia Tech in Fall 2022.

Francisco Martinez Figueroa is the new Postdoc researcher at the University of South Florida (USF), working with Natasha Jonoska. Francisco recently earned his Ph.D. from Ohio State University (OSU).  Francisco’s interests are Topological Combinatorics, Random Graphs, Chromatic number of distance graphs, Topological Data Analysis, Machine Learning and Applications to Biology.  Francisco is part of SCMB, in which he collaborates with the biology team of Professor Francesca Storici here at Georgia Tech.
