Together, Lunsford and Baker founded Lead Mentor Develop, an organization designed to support mid-career faculty to become stronger mentors and leaders at their home institutions. Her B.A. \u0026amp; Ph.D. are from North Carolina State and her M.S. is from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.\u202f A board member of the International Mentoring Association, she is also on the editorial board of the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching in Education.\u202f\u202f\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Ch2\u003EVicki L Baker\u003C\/h2\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ERecognized as a \u0026ldquo;Top 100 Visionary\u0026rdquo; in Education by the Global Forum for Education and Learning (2020-2021), Baker is at the forefront of innovation and strategy in faculty and leadership development. As a faculty member herself and Fulbright Specialist Alumna (Utrecht Netherlands), her goal is to help faculty members and colleges and universities thrive. She earned her Ph.D. (Higher Education) and M.S. (Management \u0026amp; Organization) from Penn State University, MBA from Clarion University, and B.S. from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Baker is the E. Maynard Aris Endowed Professor in Economics and Management at Albion College, director of the Albion College Community Collaborative (AC3), and serves as an instructor for Penn State University\u0026rsquo;s World Campus.\u0026nbsp;Prior to joining the academy as a faculty member, Baker worked at Harvard Business School (Executive Education) and AK Steel Corporation. She\u0026nbsp;is the author of over 85 peer-reviewed articles, chapters, invited works, and books including \u003Cem\u003ECharting Your Path to Full: A Guide for Women Associate Professors\u003C\/em\u003E, \u003Cem\u003ESuccess After Tenure: Supporting Mid-Career Faculty\u003C\/em\u003E, and\u003Cem\u003E Developing Faculty in Liberal Arts Colleges\u003C\/em\u003E.
