  <body><![CDATA[<p>Fei-Ling Wang, professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, was quoted in the <em>South China Morning Post</em>&nbsp;about who in the Chinese Communist Party might take over the Taiwan Affairs Office.</p>

He basically carries out orders.&rdquo;</p>
