Their winning entry retrofitted a 102-year-old house in Atlanta\u0027s English Avenue neighborhood.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0022The target was to retrofit an existing house to net zero,\u0022\u0026nbsp;Aayushi Mody, the team lead said. \u0022And, well, we exceeded the target by making it net positive.
