Struthers studies how\u0026nbsp;public demands, scientific information, special interests, and institutional settings shape policymakers\u0026rsquo; decisions on climate and the environment. Her work has been published in the \u003Cem\u003EJournal of Public Administration Research and Theory\u003C\/em\u003E, \u003Cem\u003EAmerican Politics Research\u003C\/em\u003E, and \u003Cem\u003ECurrent Opinion on Environmental Sustainability\u003C\/em\u003E.\u0026nbsp;Before arriving at UGA, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Forest Resources at the University of Minnesota, a member of the Center for Environmental Policy and Behavior at the UC Davis, and received her Ph.D. in Political Science from UC Davis in 2018.
