A political philosopher, Zurn studies forces and histories of change, focusing on the power of curiosity, political resistance, and transgender life. He is the author of \u003Cem\u003ECuriosity and Power: The Politics of Inquiry\u003C\/em\u003E (2021) and the co-author of \u003Cem\u003ECurious Minds\u003C\/em\u003E (MIT Press, forthcoming 2022). He is also the co-editor of \u003Cem\u003EActive Intolerance: Michel Foucault, the Prisons Information Group\u003C\/em\u003E, and the \u003Cem\u003EFuture of Abolition\u003C\/em\u003E (2016), \u003Cem\u003ECarceral Notebooks 12\u003C\/em\u003E (2017), \u003Cem\u003ECuriosity Studies: A New Ecology of Knowledge\u003C\/em\u003E (2020), and \u003Cem\u003EIntolerable: Writings from Michel Foucault and the Prisons Information Group\u003C\/em\u003E, 1970-1980 (2021).
