{"656101":{"#nid":"656101","#data":{"type":"event","title":"MOVE Celebration of Service 2022","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EHi Student Org Leaders! \u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EMobilizing Opportunities for Volunteer Experiences (MOVE) is Georgia Tech\u0026#39;s umbrella organization for a variety of community service and volunteer opportunities. We strive to\u0026nbsp;connect the Georgia Tech community through diversified service opportunities and by providing resources to other service organizations on-campus.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EWe will be hosting our annual Celebration of Service (COS) event on Thursday, April 7th\u0026nbsp;from 10:30am to 1:00pm.\u0026nbsp;We would like to invite your organization to participate! COS is a tabling event on Tech Green where participating orgs will showcase their civic engagement and service work completed throughout the year. If you decide to participate, your organization will have a designated table along Tech Green and will present materials (pictures, statistics, etc.) to highlight service opportunities\u0026nbsp;you have engaged in. Service can take lots of different forms\u0026mdash;direct service, philanthropy, education, advocacy, community conversation\u0026mdash;so think broadly about what your organization has accomplished!\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EWe plan to host a workshop a couple weeks before the day of the event during which we provide some materials for your tabling setup (we\u0026#39;ll be in communication about that with orgs that have RSVP\u0026#39;d!).\u0026nbsp;Several organizations will have the opportunity to host a mini service project alongside tabling.\u0026nbsp;Funding for projects will be provided!\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ETo be included as part of our event, please \u003Cstrong\u003ERSVP by March 31 at 11:59 pm\u003C\/strong\u003E. If your organization would like to host a mini service project, please\u0026nbsp;\u003Cstrong\u003ERSVP and submit a MOVE Service Grant request by March 14 at 11:59 pm\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/strong\u003E(see instructions in the slides linked below).\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EFor more details, we held an info session previously.
