Williams Museum of Papermaking\u0026rsquo;s Fast Film Fest is a festival for 5 minute or shorter paper animation films. The competition is free and open to the public. \u003Cstrong\u003EAll short films should be created between January 14 and February 18, 2022\u003C\/strong\u003E. All animations must be paper-based, using cutout animation and\/or stop motion animation techniques. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges to be presented during a virtual\u0026nbsp;screening and award ceremony on Friday, March 4, 2022. After the screening, all submissions will be available for viewing via the Fast Film Fest webpage and the Paper Animation Film Fest Youtube Channel. We\u0026nbsp;kick\u0026nbsp;off the festival with the announcement of the\u0026nbsp;2022 theme: Press Start.\u0026nbsp;The Paper Museum and our partners\u0026nbsp;hope the theme\u0026nbsp;inspires an unlimited number of ideas and you\u0026#39;ll be moved to submit an entry of your own. We welcome all skill levels.
