This means that Northside Hospital will continue to be in network for the USG Anthem healthcare plans through April 15, 2022. Northside Hospital and its doctors will be out of network beginning April 16, 2022, unless an agreement is reached.

Anthem and Northside Hospital will continue to work toward the goal of coming to an agreement during this time. 

If an agreement isn’t reached by April 15, 2022, you or your covered family members who are receiving on-going treatments, have a procedure scheduled, or are currently admitted to a Northside Hospital, may have access to in-network coverage for a limited period time if approved through Continuation of Care.
 
Emergency care – including Covid-19 related care – will continue to be covered on or after April 15, 2022, based on your plan's schedule of benefits, as it is currently.
