{"65482":{"#nid":"65482","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Now Available: 2011 Spring Ethics Refresher","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EThere are certain things you\u2019ve come to associate with spring: warmer temperatures, baseball and in recent years, the annual Tech employee ethics refresher. \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EEach spring, all employees \u2014 faculty, staff, temporary or student \u2014 are asked to refresh their understanding of ethical behavior standards by reviewing the Board of Regents (BOR) ethics policy and demonstrating an understanding of the policy.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cAs an institution, we are defined by the ethical behavior of every faculty and staff member and research and student employee,\u201d said Marita Sullivan, senior director of Human Resources. \u201cEnsuring that everyone is on the same page is vital to our success.\u201d \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAll employees are required to review the online materials and complete an online assessment before April 15.
