Sirlin has had artist residencies at Yaddo; the Mark Rothko Centre, Latvia; the Cini Foundation Venice,\u0026nbsp;Italy;\u0026nbsp;Padies\u0026nbsp;Foundation,\u0026nbsp;Lempaut, France; and the City of Nuremberg, Germany.
