You\u0026rsquo;ll hear about her professional journey, including her leadership perspective and how that informs her business decisions. She\u0026rsquo;ll offer some tips on what she values in her employees, both technically and the critically important soft skills. You\u0026rsquo;ll learn about many exciting, right-now opportunities at Raytheon including those for software developers, vulnerability researchers, reverse engineers, database engineers and technical leaders, and some ground-breaking opportunities on the near-term horizon.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBiographical Sketch of the Speaker:\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;Teresa Shea is Vice President of Cyber Offense and Defense Experts (CODEX) for Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS). Building on Raytheon\u0026rsquo;s legacy of classified work with United States government intelligence agencies and programs, CODEX is focused on providing cyber capabilities for offense, defense and security initiatives.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EMs. Shea joined Raytheon from In-Q-Tel where she was Executive Vice President of Technology and Director of Cyber-Reboot. She joined In-Q-Tel after a distinguished thirty-two year career with the National Security Agency (NSA) where she held several key leadership assignments during her career, culminating as the Director of Signals Intelligence.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EMs. Shea is an experienced executive, working within corporate and government environments. She served as a Board Member for Recorded Future, a leading Cyber Threat Intelligence company from 2015-2019.
