He obtained his Ph.D. in Operations Management and M.S. in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin. He was also a Research Associate at the University of California, San Diego. Previously, he did his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras\u0026nbsp;(Chennai). Before joining Georgia Tech, he taught at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EHis areas of interest include New Product Development, Operations Strategy, and Behavioral Operations. His research has appeared in journals such as \u003Cem\u003EManagement Science, Manufacturing \u0026amp; Service Operations Management, Production \u0026amp; Operations Management \u003C\/em\u003Eand\u003Cem\u003E IIE Transactions\u003C\/em\u003E.
