652014 event 1635180000 1635180000 <![CDATA[Ethical Management of AI: A European-American Dialogue]]> From the France-Atlanta website: "In light of the 2020 France-Atlanta Conference, the French Consulate in Atlanta (USA), the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), the Center for Ethics at Emory University (USA) and the University of Nantes (France), are organizing a workshop which, under the same title 'The Ethical Management of AI,' suggests looking at the different regulatory initiatives undertook by the European Union and by the United States of America, to deal with the ethical risks raised by Artificial Intelligence (AI)."

Georgia Tech's ETHICx will represent the Institute as a co-host of the event. Justin Biddle, associate professor in the School of Public Policy and co-director of ETHICx, will be speaking at the event during the session the "Role of AI Ethics in the Current Regulatory EU and US Drafts."
