To address these questions, the Office of the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Development invites pre-tenure faculty and academic faculty going up for promotion in the next five years to participate in a discussion.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDuring the discussion, we\u0026#39;ll review guidelines on how to build a package and the proposed approach for how reviewers will be asked to consider the effect of Covid-19 in their evaluations. The feedback from this discussion will be used to finalize the guidance that will be used going forward.
