  <title><![CDATA[Connect with the IAC Career Educator]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Kyle Poe joins us as the inaugural Career Educator for the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In his previous role, Kyle served as a Lead Career Consultant where he primarily students in the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia Career Center. Kyle received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and African American Studies as well as a master&rsquo;s degree in Higher Education Leadership &amp; Student Affairs from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA.</p>

<p>Kyle believes he can best serve students by &quot;meeting them where they are&quot; and helping them to understand how their values, skills, and interests align with career paths. Here are the general topics you can discuss with him:</p>
