Here the focus is on what many consider the North Pacific&#39;s version,&nbsp;the warm-water&nbsp;Kuroshio Extension,&nbsp;also known as the Black Stream or Japan Current.&nbsp;School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences researchers Y<a href="https://eas.gatech.edu/people/joh-youngji">oungji Joh</a> and <a href="https://eas.gatech.edu/people/di-lorenzo-dr-emanuele">Emanuele Di Lorenzo&nbsp;</a>published this study featuring new data on how the Extension interacts with the Pacific El Nino Southern Oscillation in a changing climate.&nbsp;</p>
