As a result, many faculty have turned to colleagues for critique and suggestions. Yet without training, it is easy for peer observers to fall back on their own teaching preferences or overly focus on content.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAt the Center for Teaching and Learning, providing feedback on teaching is part of what we do.
